IPI Hawaii LLC, dba Island Printing & Imaging (referred to as IPI) is the owner of the information collected on this web site and will not disclose, sell, share or rent this information to any person or entity.

Some aspects of this site will require that you provide a valid email address, i.e. inquiries or product purchases. Your email address will be used for the purpose of administering your subscription to these Opt-In features. Should we offer an email newsletter or any other email-based promotional communication, you will be provided the means to Opt-Out.

Should we offer any products or services for sale, an order form will require you to provide contact information (name, e-mail address, shipping address, etc.) and credit card information. This information is used only to complete the transaction which will be through a third-party processor. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to contact you.

We will use an outside credit card processing company for any transactions. We do not acquire, retain, share, rent, sell or use this information for any other purpose except to obtain payment from you.

Our site uses various means to track visitor activity. IP addresses may be used to administer our website to evaluate visitor demographics and traffic counts. IP addresses are not linked to ANY identifiable personal information.

We will not disclose, share, reveal, sell or rent any personal information (i.e. identity, address, e-mail address, etc.) with any person or entity. None of the demographic information will include any data which can be used to identify any individual or entity visiting

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that IPI is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this web site.

This web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, the information is protected both on-line and off-line. When our credit card processing service asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry--SSL. While on a secure page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. We also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices, are reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and shown what they can do to ensure that our customers' information is protected. If you have any questions about the security at our web site, you can send an e-mail.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.



For content (to be referred to as Customer Content) you upload or otherwise submit (data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials) for inclusion in print products we make for you, you understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all such content. You further agree that you are the copyright owner or have permission from the copyright owner to have any applicable content reproduced and that you are solely responsible for any copyright violations resulting from your content, even if the violation is unintentional, and you agree to pay any attorney's fees incurred by IPI in defending against such suit, demand or claim.



Files uploaded to us must be at actual size with a 300 dpi resolution. If you have added low-resolution (72 dpi) elements to your 300 dpi print files those elements will print pixelated, or if you files are less than 300 dpi, IPI will not be responsible for the quality of the outcome. The only exceptions are files for wide format. These can be from 180 - 300 dpi. 180 quality will print the same as 300 and for very large layouts will create substantially smaller files. Read our Printing Guidelines and/or call us if you need help with resolution issues.


Customer Content uploaded to this website with an associated order will be kept on file for a period of up to thirty (30) days after completion of a print order. At the end of that time it may be deleted and not be retrievable. 


Files for general printing in color should be in CYMK mode. RGB files printed in CMYK will likely result in color shifts. IPI strives for color accuracy but not all colors can be reproduced absolutely accurately. Read our Printing Guidelines and/or call us if you need help with color issues.  Contact IPI to discuss critical color accuracy needs.



Unless stated more specifically, our normal turn-around time will range up to10 business days. Most products offered can be turned-around in 1-3 business days. We strive to meet customer delivery needs so if your project is time critical let us know up front.



We strive to deliver exact requested counts, but this may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to deliver 5% over or under the requested amount. We will invoice accordingly. If there is an absolutely minimum number requirement, just let us know upfront.

If you believe your print job is defective or not met your requirements please contact IPI, IN WRITING by email, within five (5) business days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this time frame we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. Once you have contacted us, we will then have five (5) business days to determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your request. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry and it is not provided within a reasonable time, we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. If we determined that a product is in fact defective or has not otherwise met our obligations we will reprint or refund your money as mutually agreed on. If defective, we reserve the right to request sample be sent. If not received in a reasonable amount of time we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.
